Application Cycle Extended!

Habitat for Humanity of Key West and Lower Florida Keys has extended our homeowner application deadline to April 18th, 2022 for our last 2 homes at Moss Landing in Cudjoe Key. Habitat for Humanity partner families purchase homes through no-profit, no-interest mortgages. In order to qualify to purchase a home, families must demonstrate a need for affordable housing, qualify for the loan, and be willing to partner with Habitat by completing home ownership courses and contributing 350 hours of sweat equity through work on their home or within the community.
